Jamendo and the iPod distributor

It's probably a fake but I think it's really good idea for a Street Marketing action. The idea : a distributor for Jamendo (a community of free, legal and unlimited music published under Creative Commons licenses) with a question : "Is it possible to download free music legally on the web?". If you push the yes button, you receive a free iPod load with music from the Jamendo'Artist. Fake or Not ? Whatever, it's a brilliant idea...
